The Guangzhou University Business Hotel (Guangzhou Guangda Shangwu Jiudian) is located in the heart of Guangzhou's "University City," with ten universities around it. About ten minutes from the Canton Fair Pazhou Complex, the hotel opened in April 2006 and features modern and clean accommodations.

A number of shops and supermarkets surround the hotel, and its restaurant provides a range of Chinese and Western dishes. Other facilities include the pub, table tennis, chess and card rooms, KTV and a multi-functional meeting room that can hold up to 200 guests.
